Rosilicie Ochoa-Bogh was born in California and lived here for the first five years of her life before embarking on a colorful journey through her youth which took her to live with her parents to Merida, Yucatan in Mexico, Maui, Hawaii, Kissimmee, Florida and San Benardino, California.  Her parents Ruben Ochoa and Rosa Monahan both worked for International  Hotels/Restaurants which allowed them to transfer throughout different resorts and countries.  Rosilicie attributes these moves and life experiences to her passion for people, cultures, languages, travel, learning and sense for adventure.
           
Rosilicie attended 10 different schools growing up before moving to San Bernardino in the summer of 1990 where she attended San Bernardino High School, graduating in 1991.  After graduation, she immediately attended the University of California Santa Barbara where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in the Study of Religions…a major which allowed her to study objectively Eastern and Western Religions and gain an insight into how religion has played a key role in the formation of societies and its affect on political, cultural and geographical settings.
           
After her studies in Santa Barbara, she married Greg Bogh in 1996 and moved to San Bernardino where she began the Teaching Credentialing program at California State University San Bernardino.  Rosilicie taught for three years before becoming a mother…a calling which motivated her to commit her time to parenting 100%.
           
In December of 2002, Rosilicie and her husband made the move to the city of Yucaipa. They immediately fell in love with the city which they felt was great for raising their children (they now have three…two daughters and a son). 
           
Rosilicie immediately became active in her new community.  She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and has served in many callings.  She is currently happily serving as a teacher for the 12-13 years old girls in the Yucaipa 3rd ward.
           
Soon after arriving in Yucaipa, Rosilicie passed the State Licensing Test for Real Estate after attending the Real Estate Trainers Program in San Bernardino and immediately interviewed with Century 21 Lois Lauer Realty-Yucaipa, the #1 Real Estate Listing and Selling Office in Yucaipa.  Rosilicie continues her Real Estate training to best help her clients and is currently in the Graduate Real Estate Institute program (GRI) which she will finish this month.
            
Rosilicie enjoys guiding her clients through the Listing or Buying process and uses her skills acquired in her teaching experience to understand her client’s needs and personalize her service and skills so that her clients feel confident in all their Real Estate decisions.
